Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order for a shirt?

Ordering is easy! Simply find the design that you want on the main page, click on it, select your size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart". That will lead you to your Shopping Cart where you can close your transaction. That's it!

How do I access my account?

There is a "Login Here" button at the upper right hand corner. Simply click this link, and enter your login info. After logging in successfully, you will be returned to the homepage. Now in the upper right hand corner, a "Account" link will have appeared. Click this link to access your account.

Can I see my previous orders?

Absolutely. Login to your account (see above question). If you scroll down past your stored shipping and billing addresses, you will see your previous orders listed under the heading "Previous Orders".

How can I check status/tracking on an order?

Go to the "Previous Orders" section in your account (see above question). Find the order you wish to check the status of, and click "view" in the right-most column. Under the "Shipping Details" section (next to the Shipping address), you will see the Status of the order as well as the method it was shipped. If the package was shipped via UPS, you will be able to track the package by clicking the tracking number, which is the very first piece of information after the order number at the top of the page. If the package was shipped via USPS, tracking is not available. Generally USPS takes anywhere from 3-7 business days from the day it was shipped. If your order still has not arrived after this time frame, please contact us via email with your name and order number and we will look into it right away.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All in stock orders ship by the end of the following business day. If a product is found out of stock you will be notified by email and refunded within 1 business day. Transit time of your order will depend on the shipping method selected. Generally, when shipped via USPS, you will receive your order  on average 7-10 business days from date it was placed. USPS transit times are not guaranteed. If you select a UPS shipping option, your estimated order time will be presented to you at checkout before you finalize your purchase. If your order still has not arrived after this time frame, please contact us via email with your name and order number and we will look into it right away.

How can I be sure that my credit card transaction is safe and secure?

We process credit card purchases through Authorize.net, a leading online payment gateway. Authorize.net is used in over 300,000 web sites around the world. With this system, you can rely on secure credit card transactions. As an added precaution, we do NOT store credit card information. This information needs to be entered each time you place an order for your financial safety.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed or we will refund your entire purchase within the first 30 days of the date you place your order. If you would like to return or exchange any item, please follow the instructions found on your packing list. Free returns and exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground at no charge to you - just email us with your name and order number and we will send you your free shipping label!

How can I contact you?

For the quickest response, email us your comments, questions, or concerns. You may also call us between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST at 800-242-4787, but generally we are quickest with email.

Does your apparel come in color combos not shown on the website?

Currently most of our apparel come in the color combinations shown. E-mail us if you have a color combo suggestion.

Can I add your URL to my web site?

You certainly can! We appreciate all the linkage you can give us.

Is there sales tax?

Orders shipped to WI, IA, IL, IN, MI, WV, KY, NC, & NE addresses will have appropriate sales tax added.

Will my personal data remain private after I order?

Any information you submit  is 100% private and confidential and WILL NOT be sold, lent, or rented to other companies or third-parties. WE DO NOT STORE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. Your trust and confidence is our number one priority.  To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we use Authorize.net to handle all online transactions. How much does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping and handling costs depend on your location and the method of shipping. Once at the checkout you'll be able to review your shipping & handling costs before you finalize your purchase.

How do your sizes run?

Sizes run based on the type of garment you are ordering. For Basic shirts, we often times use the Gildan brand and for high end shirts, we often use the American Apparel brand. See below for size charts for both types of brand.

Is wholesale pricing available?

Currently we do not offer wholesale pricing, but email us with any proposals and we'll be happy to listen.

Why can I not place my order online?

If you are unable to reach a confirmation screen at the end of your purchase, your order has not been submitted and received. The cause of this is typically mismatched billing information.

Please be sure that the billing information you have entered in while placing your order, matches your credit card billing information and address exactly. For security reasons, the billing information must be an exact match for you to place an order on our secure websites.

Why do items in my cart disappear on checkout?

This problem is often caused by using an older browser, such as Internet Explorer 6.0. Please try placing your order using Mozilla Firefox, which can be downloaded for free here. You can also update your current IE browser, by choosing the "Tools" drop down menu, and selecting "Windows Update"; or you can download version 8.0 of internet explorer for free here

I'm using a new version of Internet Explorer but my cart still keeps disappearing. What should I do?

This is due to a Microsoft update from 8/10/2010 that changes how often your browser looks for newer versions of our webpages.  To fix this, in your browser, go to the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options”.

 

 

Then click on the “Settings” button in the “Browsing History” section of the “General” tab. 

 

 

Finally, have it check for newer versions of stored pages every time you visit the webpage and set the number of History days to store to 0.

 

 

If this doesn’t work, we suggest using another browser such as Firefox (free download).

Can I use a Visa/MasterCard Credit Card Gift Card?

We cannot guarantee that you will be able to use one of these gift cards because we are not able to verify billing information. However, these cards SHOULD work if you call the number on the back of the card and register your information with the company.
